#4 Know what are your roots of jealousy - the first tips can only help but targeting the real problem could solve it. Ask yourself why do you get jealous? Even if you're confident enough and you trust him/her fully but, if he/she's doing things that could make you really jealous it will really tear your confidence and trust. 

#5 Stop overthinking - it is hard not to do this especially if you're far away from each other but overthinking won't help and you'll just stress yourself. For example when they answered differently than usual or takes time to answer think of like.. He/she's probably busy at work, doing house chores or not his/her best day. Try to think positive when you notice you starting to think negative. 

#6 Let them know/feel that you trust them - it feels really good when you know/feel that your little/Daddy trusts you. Stop throwing doubts but instead tell them you trust them and you know they can't do that.

My Little space and my kitten space
